GREAT PICTURE!!! I wouldn't mind being up there on top, but I wouldn't want to CLIMB to get there!!! YOIKS! No, just plant me there, thank you. LOL

You've got more guts than I do. I don't much like getting on a step ladder let alone climbing a stupid mountain! LOL Hugs, Lee

By the way, are you still suffering? How's it going right now? Are you getting any sleep? You might try a benadryl ~ that might help you a little with the withdrawals. It does help some people.

Keep on keepin on ~ you'll get there. God bless. Hugs, Lee

Actually, I’m not feeling that bad. I can’t climb those mountains until I see my new PM doc. My body hurts from my car accident. I think I’m done with withdrawals…..and thanks to you Leesa.
Luv ya for the help!

I'm just glad you had enough left that it worked! So it's thanks to YOU that you made it thru! YOU did the work, kiddo. It's hard not to take more than you should when you're on a taper ~ but you didn't so YOU get the pat on the back!!!

I can't believe they don't have an appointment SOONER for the pain doc! Boy that's a long time to wait! Did they put you on a cancellation list in case someone cancels?? Then you could go in sooner. I hope so! You must be in agony! Hugs, Lee

Yes I am on a cancellation list, but they seem so angry on the phone. I gotta just bite the bullet and eat the pain until 35 days from now.
Thank you again for your help. I'm in pain from my accident, but not withdrawals. I forgot how much pain I had.....WOW! I wish I didn't have to go back on that garbage, but I do need it.

I know what you mean. I'm so SICK of taking medication I could scream. But if i don't take them., I can't walk or even MOVE for that matter. And unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating. I guess I should be grateful we have meds like this to ease the pain.

Remember that ice packs help ease the pain ~ don't use heat ~ that makes it worse . God bless. Hugs, Lee

I’m done with the withdrawals and I have 30 days until I see my new pain mgmt. Doc. I’m in so much pain that all I do is sit in the house. I know I messed up and it’s all my fault, but I pray to God for the pain to subside….it doesn’t. I used to climb mountains 4 times a week and know I can’t even walk down the block.
Leesa or anyone…..is there an OTC med that works the best on pain? I tried a few but they make me feel like I’m gonna gag and they don’t work on the pain. 30 days is a long time. I’m sorry to come on this site just for my needs, but I didn’t know where else to go. My pain level is at a 10+. I can’t think, I can’t sleep, I fight with my wife, I hate the freaking world. That’s not me, it’s the pain. Can anyone help me?

Oh God, I'm so sorry. Bless your heart ~ ANY anti-inflammatory would be good, such as aspirin, Motrin, Advil, etc. Just make SURE you have something on your stomach! And don't take TOO many or you will get sick.

Also, USE ICE on your sore places - my Neurosurgeon told me this. He said use ice for 20 minutes every 2 hours. DO NOT USE HEAT as that makes it worse cause it draws blood to the heated area and causes more swelling to an already swollen area. Use ice to reduce the swelling, and reduce pain - it helps with inflammation too.

You might ask your pharmacist for a topical pain cream ~ some are better than others - they actually work for some people.

I hope you find something to ease your pain. My prayers are with you. Keep me posted, ok? Love, Lee
