worse, not moderate at all. It was like a release and I was a crazy woman. I also am bipolar and have troubles with extremes.

I never have.
I call myself a binge drinker. Today is day 4. This stopping and starting has been going on for years. I must say that 165 days was my longest AF time period. bizi
