Default beer could give you a more restless sleep.

my great grandmother used to make me warm milk with a dash of nutmeg and piece of toast.

i don't drink carbonated drinks anymore. once in a great while i will add tonic water to juice. the tummy bloat didn't help my not sleeping.

thanks for posting this clouds.

Avoid alcohol near bedtime – even a few glasses of wine or beer could give you a more restless sleep.

alcohol is a depressant so it seems like maybe sleep would be easier as maybe some links on internet say

but hops i think are an appitie stimulent

so i think the hops in beer can keep people awake

i think its tricky

maybe a beer between 4 and 7 is ok then again maybe not
