my great grandmother used to make me warm milk with a dash of nutmeg and piece of toast.
i don't drink carbonated drinks anymore. once in a great while i will add tonic water to juice. the tummy bloat didn't help my not sleeping. thanks for posting this clouds.

Avoid alcohol near bedtime – even a few glasses of wine or beer could give you a more restless sleep.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland...me/sleep.shtml alcohol is a depressant so it seems like maybe sleep would be easier as maybe some links on internet say but hops i think are an appitie stimulent so i think the hops in beer can keep people awake i think its tricky maybe a beer between 4 and 7 is ok then again maybe not
