Wanted to share a post with the group as I know if I was following it would give me hope. My previous posts were about me feeling like I was declining a bit. I had some extra sensitivity. I completed my running streak and after about 2 weeks of resting from being off my feet, I not only felt better, but I have had the least amount of discomfort in roughly 4 years. That was when i tried to stop drinking the first time but eventually went back out and did damage for 2 more years. I'm no way near 100%, but it does give me hope that I will improve even more in the next few years. I am still on the path of leading a healthy life style, eating mostly plant based now, and getting exercise in on the daily basis to get my blood moving. And no plans of drinking ever again, although I know we only have today. Have a peaceful weekend everyone.
