Default PN and itchy feet at night

Hi all

I am new here, after googling looking for a forum. 47 yr old male here.

For at least 4 years now, I have pins and needles in my feet. Along with itching feeling. It only happens at night, when I am lying in bed. Sometimes when I first get up in morning.

I have to squeeze my feet to get some relief but it always comes back. It is having a terrible effect on my sleep. I always wake up with this problem.

I have found taking magnesium helps but that causes awful smelly gas. I have tried various other supps but none do much. B6 complex gave me kidney pains. So, I just take Immune-ace multi vitamin.

Does anyone have this also? Grateful for any advise.
