Wisest Elder Ever

I received the tough love lecture from my father a month ago. He was criticizing my weight gain and the alcohol that I drink. I finally just got up and said I needed to go to bed.
I told my sister about it and she said she had that lecture before. I relayed that to my older sister whom she said that she would wait until her lecture next. sigh I know that I am over weight and I don't need to be lectured about it. bizi

Oh I've got some other stories but won't bring them up. I tell my daughter and good friends, Please tell me and talk to me if they see me going down a bad path. I've questioned myself on genes about addiction as it's in my family, dad's side, but I don't see it. As I said addiction has so many faces, and even my shopping habits are very practical and wise. My dear sister also was a shopaholic and tried to get me down that road, I resisted.
