Default allergy or cold symptoms?

For the past ten days I've had runny eyes and a slight runny nose.
I'm lethargic/fatigued...it's starting to really get on my nerves.
No fever. Getting soooo tired.
Is it time to go to the doctor? Are these allergy symptoms? Claritin doesn't help.
Ideas???? HELP!

Could be. Claritin is useless IMO. Don't bother with it.

Try Zyrtec, and if it makes you spacey, break it in half. Often 5mg works without the spacey effects. I also find that 50mg of Benadryl at night, helps with sleep and the antihistamine can carry over into the the next day without another dose.

Some antioxidants may help with allergies. I use grapeseed extract for them. I think the pollen counts this season are pretty high. The Weather Channel website gives pollen counts for your area, if you plug in your zip code.

A cold does not last 10 days. If you are still sneezing after 3 or 4 days, that points to an allergy.
