Thumbs up

I can't use Flonase or any of the perscription nose sprays as I am allergic to them. Though one thing that I use in my room is a humidifier and I also use a salean solution too on bad days. It seems to help a lot. Though now I have asthma on top of my allergies so it's just not fun. I have learned to just try to avoid things that I am allergic to.

Though my great aunt told me to go on a diet of eating for my blood type and lots of vetitables that are organic. I've learned a lot about this diet and it seems like it would work, but I just have to be able to keep a steady job so I can afford that stuff. Another good thing to do is to also take probiotics for a few months and eat lot's of veggies and fruit.

Wish
