I've had bad allergies all my life. was on allergy shots from 4 -14 until I had an allergic reaction. Yep, even allergic to the shots - LOL!!

It can also be caused by the sinus pressure getting into the inner ear. Balance goes out the window! Double fun when you already have balance issues caused by other stuff. This is why I have to take decongestants. To avoid the dizzyness and to keep from getting infections that happen when my sinuses get too dry.
Hi, I was reminded of how I've had allergies most of my life. When I was diagnosed with low B12 over a decade ago, I didn't know anything about it so I bought MegaB vitamins, the middle dose, and took a lot of those over a month with a lot of water. I had a B12 test and there was absolutely NO change in my B12 level, but by then it was fall and the chamisa here was in full bloom, usually a time when I was miserable from allergies to the masses of yellow flowers, but that year... no sneezing, no itchy eyes... I could walk right up to the bushes and smell the flowers and not feel anything uncomfortable at all.

So, since then I've taken a B complex prior to allergy season and through it, and I've not had allergies since.

It was a surprise to me, and ... I LIKED it!!!!!!
