Default Co-enzymed B2 and Molybdenum excellent for MCS

The supplements molybdenum and Co-enzymed B2 can be very useful for anyone suffering from MCS these two supplements can significantly reduce MCS symptoms.

In simple terms in MCS the body cannot rid itself of the toxins it is facing in a normal manner and symptoms erupt. Usually in this scenario the bodys aldehyde detoxification pathway is impaired and the amount of the bodys aldehyde oxidase (ADO) enzyme is reduced.

Both these supplements will help to increase levels of ADO and assist in expeling those unwanted toxins from your body.

"A study published in the Townsend Letter for Doctors confirms the benefits of a sublingually administered 300 mcg dose (100 mcg three times a day) of Molybdenum. It was found that on the average, about 50-65% of the various symptoms of chemical sensitivity — including fogginess and other discomforts — were alleviated at least to some degree."

Co-Enzymed B2 can help the body recycle its glutathione and glutathione is the bodys master antioxidant and of critical importance in the body's detoxification pathways.

I would also recommend Sublingual Glutathione tablets at 250-300mg a day. This would also be very helpful.
