however, its treatment of research activity is very weak . . . 'omitted' is reasonable term . . . most research projects prove failure rather than success, as patients know all too well. It would be nice to have a caption of each discoverable research project, why they thought it would succeed, why did it fail . . . mistakes usually are the greater teacher. While some repetition is necessary, excessive repetition only wastes resources.
