Thanks, that's good news as I love strawberries and blueberries and buy them every week! I'm 71 so as you can guess the specter of dementia is very much on my mind.

Speaking of eating to lessen dementia risk, many mushrooms are beneficial in this regard. Lion's Mane mushrooms are beneficial for the nervous system.
