The Weather Modification Operations and Research Board was a proposed agency of the United States government, intended to promote research into weather control. A bill requiring the creation of the board was introduced in the U.S. Senate on two occasions by Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, the first on March 4, 2004, and the second on March 3, 2005. However, the bill did not become law on either occasion, and the board was never created. Notwithstanding, the inter-operational geo-engineering, weather modification, and “global warming mitigation” efforts of corporations and institutions involved with the proposed board have been exceedingly designative of a large-scale unofficial program, which has long involved such dictatorial entities as the Department of Commerce, and thereby, the Federal Reserve system and Federal Taxation monetary allocation. Furthermore, weather modification bills are being resubmitted in 2007, by Cong. Udall (H.R. 3445: Weather Mitigation Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act of 2007) and Sen. Hutchinson (S. 1807: Weather Mitigation Research and Development Policy Authorization Act of 2007).

Sure, the government is simply attempting to “mitigate” global warming by way of “geo-engineering.”

As noted in the above video, a lab analysis reported high levels of barium contained in California “contrails.” Consider the following PubMed excerpt on the health problems associated with barium:

High level contamination by natural and industrial sources of the alkali earth metal, barium (Ba) has been identified in the ecosystems/workplaces that are associated with high incidence clustering of multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neurodegenerative diseases such as the transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

In other words, if we are to believe the official explanation, the government would have us trade multiple sclerosis and other neurodegenerative diseases in order to mitigate global warming.

“Barium suppresses human T-cell production, making the human body very susceptible to infectious agents,” writes Omega News. “Barium also has electromagnetic properties and may be both amplifying and more evenly dispersing pulsed-energy waves first uncovered by a deceased University of Chapel Hill professor, Dr. David Fraser, in 1975. These waves are now most likely blanketing all cities and towns in North America for the purpose of mood and mind control.”

So if the multiple sclerosis and infectious agents don’t get you, maybe you’ll be a candidate for mind control.

Forgive me, Kurt, I wish you wouldn’t make this subject matter sound like a joke to the “uninitiated”, something not to be taken (completely?) seriously, and/or like something that we supposedly don’t need to go so far as to stand up against! This stuff is ABSOLUTELY NO joke, is COMPLETELY serious, and is being used on and all around us right now! I swear that when I talk with a good number of people they sure seem quite mind-controlled, especially those who talk on cellphones all the time! I tell them the truth that cellphones are literally frying their brains, and they look at me like I’M supposedly the one who’s crazy! Please! EVERYONE must take this stuff completely seriously and fully stand up against (ALL of) it!

Wouldn’t you rather endure a few chemtrails then have to endure what is coming?:

Guess you could call that the ultimate chemtrail? The hand of god, whose very finger wrote the ten commandments. Those of you who take part in these activities need to remember who’s keeping score.

CHEMTRAILS - WHAT IS GOING ON?

Strange chemical contrails ("chemtrails") have been reported laid down in a criss-cross pattern in the sky over numerous places in the U.S. and in other countries. The chemtrails don't look or behave like normal contrails, and have supposedly been connected with countless illnesses and even deaths amongst those unfortunate to be beneath them. The jets doing the spraying seem to be military airborne refueling tankers, but the government denies all knowledge of these incidents. Conspiracy theories abound, however, the truth is hard to pin down. Current leading theories include: the U.S. government is doing unannounced chemical exposure testing on its citizens (which it has been proven to have done before in the past), or it is attempting to do a nationwide vaccination program via airborne chemicals, or it is undertaking a program aimed at controlling the increasingly unstable weather. Other theories are much more dark and gloomy. (The newest theory of any credence that I have heard is that the government is trying to deal with the increasing global warming/solar radiation problem by blanketing key areas with a reflective cloud "shield" containing certain aluminum and/or barium compounds.) Regardless of the motive, the fact that the program is being done without the knowledge or permission of the American citizen certainly makes one wonder as to the scruples and motives of those in charge.

Of course, there are those who say this whole subject is a farce. No doubt there are plenty of chemtrail reports and photos that could be logically explained as something else. Just like UFOs and crop circles, the debunkers will point to the mis-identifications as proof that all of the reports are not true. However, just because some parts may be invalid, does that automatically invalidate all the other reports? It's easy to dismiss this topic if you don't take the time to investigate it. Look at all the websites, sift through the reports, then make up your mind.
