RXi Data Shows Long-Term CNS Delivery of
siRNA Can Slow ALS Progression in Mouse

The findings support RXi’s belief that long-term administration of RNAi compounds to the CNS may be able to treat familial ALS. However, the company has yet to move the program into its formal drug-development pipeline.
