Kia Canada Inc. Supports Brothers Bike 4 ALS MISSISSAUGA, ON, June 3 /CNW/ - Joining a multi-sponsor effort, Kia Canada Inc. (KCI) has provided a Kia Sedona to support Brothers Bike 4 ALS. Brothers Bike 4 ALS are Michael, AJ and Adam Teeter. Their father, Steve Teeter died at age 37 in 1994 after a two year fight with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). The Teeter brothers will be biking across Canada in an effort to honour their father, raise awareness and research funding for the ALS Society of Canada. The trip started on May 31st and will take them across eight provinces as they ride from Vancouver, B.C. to Halifax, N.S. The Kia Sedona will be used as a support vehicle for the brothers and family, towing supplies and bike gear during the 63 day journey across the country. "We are pleased to support the Teeter brothers in their endeavour to raise awareness for ALS," said Maria Soklis, Director of Corporate Planning and Communications. "Kia Canada is proud to participate in important community causes that help drive resources and solutions."
