Alan to blog on China treatment journey

Alan Scott has started a blog to document his journey to China for treatment of Motor Neurone Disease.

man undergoing therapy in China to treat Motor Neurone Disease has started writing an online blog about his experience.
Forty-year-old Alan Scott, of Spindle Court, recently raised £17,000 to travel for pioneering treatment to help treat the amyotrophic lateral sclerosis strain of the disease, which is usually fatal within a few years.

Alan, who used to work as a shop manager for a local Burton's store, went out to China for stem cell therapy last month after he raised the money with friends and family.

Now, along with his sister Nikki, he is writing of his experience in the hospital in the form of an online blog which can be followed at http://stemcellschina.com/blog/alansc/.
