Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has said every state program will have to sacrifice a little to close California's $16 billion deficit. His plan includes reducing benefits to the disabled and the people who care for them. KPCC's Patricia Nazario visited a writer with advanced Lou Gehrig's disease to ask what the proposed budget cuts may mean for him.
