Teva Faces Lawsuit Over Clinical Trial
Proneuron Biotechnologies, an Israeli biotech, is alleging that Teva Pharmaceutical Industries is deliberately conducting a clinical trial of a drug to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease) that is very unlikely to succeed.
