Default Please tell me this isn't ALS....

Idk if tall remember me but my name is Brandon and it all started with muscle twitching all over about 8 months ago but now I have the "constant twitch" that I can't see and my leg is getting stiffer and it's got this constant tickly feeling all the way down to my foot it's not tingling just feels like a tickle.... I'm so scared I have so much to live for I have an amazing fiancée which I've more than anything and a baby girl on the way 😩 I went to the neuro last week and he checked my reflexes and everything I did the heel and foot walk and I told him about the constant twitch and stiffness but he didn't seem concerned. He said I could get a emg done but he said he thought it would be a waste of time and money..... Idk I'm so terrified please someone respond this is killing me 😭😭
