Question Nasal congestion?

Does anyone out the have problems with a perpetually stuffed nose (6+ months for me)? I carry around nasal spray all the time and it works well. My doctor has never said anything about it and I am wondering if there is any connection to ALS or I am just allergic to something around me.

Wally's doctor has him use Ponaris (over the counter in drug store about $11) for nasal stuffiness due to the oxygen concentrator and bi-pap. I swab the liquid in his nose--it is almost like Vicks in odor. It seems to help.
