Default Michael J Fox's political appeal

Actor Michael J Fox has openly endorsed Democratic political candidates who support embryonic stem cell research in the US.
The actor, who has Parkinson's disease, appeared in a number of ads for Congressman Benjamin L Cardin, Claire McCaskill and Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle.
However, he has been criticised for exaggerating in the 30-second ads where he makes no effort to hide the effects of his disease.
Rush Limbaugh, a conservative radio talk show host in New York, told his listeners: "This is really shameless of Michael J Fox. Either he didn't take his medication or he's acting."
Fox previously campaigned for John Kerry in the 2004 presidential race and believes stem cell research could lead to a cure for diseases such as Parkinson's.
President George W Bush and many other Republicans have opposed stem cell research and claim it is unethical.

Angry

I never respond to negative remarks but Rush has lost his mind!!! My grandmother had Parkinson and my mom had ALS he obiviously has never had a family member with any such disease or he would not be making such foolish statements.
