Default Could it just be too early to diagnose?

I have been having a terrible time for the last six months with back of the head headaches, head "rushes" and pressure in ears jaw, teeth, etc and undescribly horrible burning neck and trapezius spasms. I have tugging sensations in my palms of the hands and my soles. In December these became "attacks" with back of the head pain, adrenaline rushes in the chest whoosing up to the head, palpitations and night time toe cramps and both bicep muscles jumping all over and buzzing sensations in my legs. I am a little more fatigued than usual and exercise tolerance is down. The neck pain is killing me and I feel like when I write my hand gets tired quicker and hard to write in script.

I have seen my neurologist twice. Had 3 MRIs and a lumbar puncture and CT Scan of body and tons of bloodworm. He did an EEG too.

He did not offer an EMG and is stumped as to what it could be. I guess I am just looking for reassurance-
1. Do you think he would have offered an EMG if he thought it was ALS?
2. Does it sound like ALS?
3. What if I just got to him too early - could it be developing? My dr. says he diagnoses based on what he sees in front of him now. His quote "Whatever you have, its here."

I do have Lymes but isn't that done with after a round of antibiotics?

Lyme is rarely DONE after a round of anti-biotic. There is alot of research to back up that statement.
