Happy Holidays Thelma,
Can you believe it is that time of year again already...?
I bet many people are taking a break due to the holidays...although I don't know how active all the boards were before OBT crashed...
There are a few I frequent myself every now and then .... but none daily... some I just read and never have posted in once...while others I do post in fairly frequently if something comes up that catches my eye that I'm curious about..or have experiences with to share... ...I have seen quite a few more ALS boards pop up since our major computer crash...but none seem to be highly active right now ...I guess part of it too is the ALS community itself is spread out all over the web now,,,instead of centralized in one place as it used to be at OBT.... it was a small community to begin with so it may have to do with lack of volumes of posts by different members on all the ALS boards.......part may be due to lack of "new" things in regards to rehashed alternative treatments... and the lack of tangible "legitimate" scientific breakthroughs.....and maybe part of it is unfortunately is due to the progression of some friends who just do not have the energy to type as often..
Anyway.... Happy Holidays to all..hope to hear from you all soon..and hope you are all hanging in there...
Take care,
Lisa
