Hi, Bobby.

I remember the post that you used to do on the OBT.

I'm not a PALS. Have never had to face this horrible disease in any of my family or friends. I'm aware of how much people struggle with this.

I first heard about ALS when I was very young -- I saw a movie about Stephen Hawking.

Maybe I have no right to even comment on this -- but, I'd like to see more than just the obituary. A 'Memorial Page' maybe.

I don't like that name I will go with whatever Bobby would like to call it.

He is the one who started this idea of naming those taken all too soon and should be the one to decide the name.

This rotten disease is no where near the remembrance stage and I am sure those who have gone would think as I do.

Some day we will have the time to remember them but for now if the usage of their names brings research and development to the forefront of peoples thoughts then they will know somehow we did not let them down and the fight they fought so hard and long for will be accomplished.

Then all of us will sit down at one time in all the places of this world where Als has lived and lift a glass of wine to talk about and remember them.

So wait for us guys and put the wine on ice. I like mine cold.

That's it if Jamie wIl let us use it. You want to email and ask him or I can.
Maybe not as he used it in his invitation to the funeral are you going to go. It's a long way but I am going to try and go.

THIS DOES NOT END HERE
