Make brain-healthy life choices
Like other parts of your body, your brain may lose some agility as you get older. It can deteriorate even more if you don’t take care of it. Science is unlocking many of the mysteries of the brain, but we don’t have all the answers yet. You can do everything “right” and still not prevent Alzheimer’s disease. What’s offered here is the best and most up-to-date information available so that you can make your own decisions about your health.

Thank you Al. all of you have been very kind. As I said earlier, when your LO needs attention, you don/t have time to do much of anything exceept to keep them from hurting themselves or you. Now and then we do get a min to read.
Al, you said most people wanted to know every thing they could find when they or a LO had a new Disease. It is the same with Alzheimer's or dementia famlies. We do too, but if we put it off we are doing everybody a diservice. I've learned much on the BT forums & old Classic Chats. The Chats, well I learned more. About 12 people, meeting for several night a week, sharing , giving information, I wish we could have that here.

Well, thank you all, I hope to talk with you all soon. JoJo
