Default Help! cavernous sinus fusiform aneurysm

Hi all and thanks for any help in advance.
Found out yesterday I have an aneurysm and today where it is. My Nuerologist told me it is a fusiform on the carotid artery in the cavernous sinus. Any info as what I have read so far does not look good. I am waiting for surgeon to call and give me a game plan. Very difficult area evidently and wondered if anyone had any recent GOOD outcomes to share of similar aneurysm?

Nervous in Minnesota
Rick
