Default do i have one?

hi everyone im a 24 year old male. about a year ago i was sitting at my computer about to fall asleep when suddenly my head started spinning like a top out of nowhere. i would fight it off for a couple of seconds then i could feel it coming back. i thought i was gonna die that night, it was the worse experience of my life. i finally got tired enough i just passed out. the next 3 days i could barely walk i was so dizzy. 1 year later and i still have the feeling its coming back whenever i get tired. i do have lots of trouble talking feel like i have alot of brain fog...

can anyone link this to an aneurysm?

i am very scared but dont really have the money to go to the doctor if im not positive something is wrong. one time my foot started vibrating instantaneously and going numb slowly crawling up my leg till i shook it off. something must be wrong?!?!?

also right b4 this dizzyness occurs i feel like im in a dream or an altered reality and dont remember much of what is happening at the time...keep in mind im usually really sleepy when this happens. i also found out pressing in on my eyes makes the dizzyness go away.... HELP
