Confused Well this is ungood

I had my three year follow up from my craniotomy and discovered that the bypass and flow reversal they did is now completely occluded. However, my brain grew some new vessels to bypass the bypass.

So they order a perfusion exam and we just learned that the aneurysms, that have been stented and clipped, are still growing.

One was 1.2x1.4 and is now 1.6x1.7. the other one went from 1x1 to 1.2x1.1

The burning question is that one is on the basilar tip. Which end is that? The end closest to the Circle of Willis or the other side? Inquiring minds want to know. I am going to change my handle to explodo head.
