Confused New here have some questions

Hi, I am 29 years old and found out that I had an aortic aneursym in my heart last year. I have been really concerned about it because my father had one in the same place and his ruptured (although he survived) so I am worried about mine rupturing too It is already at 4 cm they said so I am wondering what causes them to rupture? How would you know if it ruptures? Sorry for my questions I just do not know much about this and I have no contact with my father anymore. My heart doctor only sees me once a year and he said that they would have to operate if it gets to a certain point but my concern is what if it ruptures before then? I also have a lot of health problems besides this so I am worried that something is going to cause it to rupture. Thank you for reading my post and answering my questions, I appreciate it
