Default Clipping surgery

I had a brain aneurysm clipped in December 2010 and have recently began noticing minor confusion, forgetfullness, and other things that have been making me nervous. I know the clipping surgery has a very good prognosis. Does anyone that has had this surgery experience these things? Maybe it's all in my head but I do have to admit that I occassionally get worried that something is going wrong. I don't go for another checkup (angiogram) until 2013.
