Default aneurysm

Hello,
I'm new to the site but would like to ask if I should worry about a 3mm aneurysm my neurologist found in my right communicating artery? I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon next month. Mostly everything I've read says Its not big enough to do anything with. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated, it is starting to worry me.
