My Mood: New here, 8mm brain anuerysm
Default

Thank you Cheryl, brain freeze, Synnove, for your responses. I have had terrible angst and pain from my CRPS that I could not think rationally or plan ahead until recently. I only started to walk again just before Christmas, but I still cannot walk up and downstairs easily or run, jump, hop, etc.

It is almost a year later since the aneurysm was first found and I have finally moved forward to deal with it. Two weeks ago I had an angiogram (severe headache afterward and a night in the hospital) the aneurysm is slightly smaller at 7.3mm, but it does have a wide base which will require a stent to hold the coils in place. I have scheduled the endovascular coiling surgery for later this month at a top hospital. OMG. You who have done this are braver than I am.
