Question Head, face, and neck pain post PICA clipping

Hello,
I am new to the posts. I had a right PICA unruptured aneurysm and had it clipped 2 years ago. About a year ago I started to have headaches and felt like I did when I was diagnosed....about 3 months ago, the neurologist ordered a repeat MRI that did not show anything but lately I have experienced pressure and pain in my neck, head, face. Sometimes I feel a pulsation where the surgery was. Has anyone else had anything like this? Thank you for answering. I have new doctors now as I have moved to another state since my surgery. Lee

Hi Lee,
All I can tell you is that I had a PCOM aneursym clipped almost 2 yrs ago and never had any of those symptoms, though my scalp is still sensitive. I'd be concerned enough to get a second opinion for your own peace of mind. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Hello, and thank you for this message. I think you are right, time for a second opinion. The neurologist said he thought it was tension headache. OH well, another trip to the doctor. Thanks again! L.
