Yeah,
It really is a journey we are on. I can relate to the glasses as I ruined a pair myself,lol. I am female, age 45 and also I am blessed to be alive. I too have the same great cutting job, except all mine is behind left ear to top of head. My hair was not shaved, My surgeon just took a very thin line of hair off. If you were to see me you would never now i had brain surgery, totally amazing. I have spoken with others that have shaven the rest of there heads to make all things even. I too wore scarf's for about 8 weeks. I am so glad you are posting, and seeing family and friends. Recovery can feel like it takes forever. I will be 6 months post op on the 20th of this month, and this journey continues. Please feel free to pm anytime...... J |
