Default subarachnoid hemorrhage questions

I had a subarachnoid last year in October and I am still feeling the effects. I live in a small rural community so there is not a lot of support here and my doctor while very good has never had this happen to him nor does he take the medication he has prescribed. There are days when when head feels like it is full of stuffing or buzzing and I'm trying to think my way through it all, thats actually most days, headaches are pretty much a way of life and my eyes have been bothering me so I'm wondering if I suffered some damage to my vision (I will make an appointment with the eye doctor Monday) as a result of the bleed. My left arm seems to ache constantly and is weaker than my right arm. My doctor prescribed topamax to help with headaches and it does help with headaches but it when I take I feel even spacier. It's a catch 22. I guess I'm wondering if the way my head and eyes are feeling is normal? Does anyone out there have similiar experiences? Thanks, Julie
