Default Granuloma formation of an unruptured baby-aneurysm after wrapping

Hello,
I am new here. Writing from Germany.
I am looking for answers/treatment methods for a very rare complication that can occur after aneurysm wrapping.
I have a granulomatous foreign-body reaction which has been getting larger
within the last 3 years after surgery.
Since a granuloma is a kind of inflammatory process an edema has build around the granuloma.
I have no symptoms such as headaches. I have had a first epileptical attack in April this year. The docs are blaiming the cause to the granuloma and the edema. Since then I am taking medication to secure me for not having another attack. It worked so far.
Having MRI checks very 3 months now.

Since this is a very, very rare complication after wrapping it is very hard for
me to find more and detailed medical information on formation and treatment.
So I am reaching out to the USA, to you, maybe anyone of you has a complications like that ? Or has heard about it and has references to links ?
Looking forward for answers.
Cheers,
Anja
