Default Health Anxiety

I am taking Ativan as needed for Health Anxiety. It started with a cyst (and gentlemen you will understand if I say it's where you don't want to get a cyst). So had the whole cancer scare with that. Then I got Bell's Palsy. Which scared the crap out of me. Then I started getting body wide muscle twitches, which sent me to a neuro. All fine. He said he saw ZERO reason to do more testing and that his tolerance for more testing was pretty low. So then came the bulbar ALS scares and the lump in the throat, tightness in chest.....more internet searching.....and so on and so on. It's a tough circle to break out of and it won't happen over night. I can say the Ativan is great when I need it. SO far today.....haven't needed it. This is day 4 of Ativan. I did end up taking 1.5 mg yesterday. I then cut my grass last night and boom I felt great. Tension released....now more lump in the throat and tightness in chest. It's all anxiety, but it's hard to make you mind stop. I slept great last night too, first time in a while.
