Unhappy My anxiety is *off* the charts!!!

I can't stop thinking that I'm at the half-point of my life and, soon,
I won't be here, anymore!! Realistically, I know, soon or later, it
happens to everyone, but, I can't handle the thought of it happening, to,
me!!! How do you stop the 24/7 thoughts?!?
