Exclamation Suspicious, outspoken, and annoyed

I've been under a lot of stress lately and I'm worried that I'm overreacting to things that don't even concern me. I am compelled to get on my soapbox about anything and everything. It's pretty annoying to me given that I'm painfully aware of it!

How about seeing a therapist? It sounds like you're having a bit of a rough time right now. Seeing a therapist could be very beneficial! I've been in and out of therapy all my life, and it's done me a world of good. Perhaps it would help you too!

Best of luck and please take care of yourself. God bless. Hugs, Lee

Katiebell, at least you're aware of it. That's a huge plus.

As Leesa said, it may be a good time to get some professional support in your life if you don't have that already. I guess we all come to a place at times where it's difficult to not comment at all. Depends on the situation. Hard to know why you are suspicious, outspoken or annoyed. You may have good reason to be ALL of those things.

Then again maybe you've been holding back so long that it's suddenly all coming out. I did some assertive training courses when I was young. Long time ago now. I've always been very shy and quiet. People used to walk all over me. Not sure how much it really helped but I found the training helpful in tempering my responses to people unlike myself lol.

Whatever the situation... I hope you're OK

Default Pretty sure it's temporary

I think I'm having these tendencies because I've been dealing with trying to get and afford health insurance with pre-existing conditions. Also, I've been looking for a job. I have an interview with a temp agency to be a test evaluator for an achievement test company which I'm sure I will get. I have faith that my actions are temporary, but it's been so frustrating to deal with these compulsions.

This is a distressing moment, no-one likes anxiety attacks. It sounds like you've identified the source of your anxiety though (health insurance and new job etc). I feel for you but so glad that you realise these are temporary symptoms. Stay calm, anxiety attacks happen for a variety of reasons but they cannot hurt you. Keep trying your best to push through the feelings and live your life and hopefully you can sort out some health insurance.

Keep us informed about how you're going. A psychologist may help you to work through your percieved annoying habits!

How is it going now? Did you get the job?

Hope you return soon.

Default Hi Katiebell

I do hope you are able to find insurance when you have a pre-existing condition. That can stress anyone out. I wish you all the best with the job too. If you get too upset, don't hesitate to go for council, it always helps me. I will be praying you get the insurance you can afford. ginnie
