Shocked Panic Plus Anxiety and New

Hello,
Just wanted to say hello to everyone here at Anxiety and OCD.

I am very happy to be here, but wish my circumstances did not bring me here.

I have multiple health issues, and through it all I find myself having panic/anxiety attacks.

So, this site and all it offers is just what I need. Peace and hugs to all.

Mary
