Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and have joined after reading posts and the amazing level of support on here.
I am a long term sufferer of anxiety and after not much support from family understanding my condition o have turned to online support for comfort. My question today is regarding an mri scan i have had for tinnitus. The results were normal except for 1 thing. My gp discussed briefly my results over the phone as my ent gave me a 6 week wait for a consultation meeting. I have already anxiously waited a long time fot this whole procedure and scans and couldnt wait any longer so asked the results to be sent to my gp. My GP told me the only thing showing up on the scan was the abscence of fluid in the pituitary gland. Hes ordered blood test of some sort and said he would write to the neuro to check if anything else needs doing. This has quadroupled my anxiety levels and am really worried as to what this means. Please help Thanks |
