As Dave mentioned; might be good to go out, join an area group; if applicable; many church's have groups that are dealing in various areas, helping, volunteering, etc. This may help you to be more comfortable around girls in general.

Hope this may eventually give you the courage to ask her to a movie and maybe a dinner next time you see her. You have to take it one step at a time before confessing your feelings. Good Luck....
