Default derealization/depersonalization

what does this feel like for you?

i'm wondering if what i'm experiencing is derealization/depersonalization?

not sure if this is it, but it feels like time is altered, i still feel like myself but i know something is off.

Sometimes, drealization feels to me like I'm liquid, oozing slowly through everything. Sometimes, like my head is a balloon that will fly away at the slightest gust of wind. Sometimes, like everything around me is slowly, slowly spinning and blurring.
