Default Anxiety and Stress from Work

Life has been stressful and sad recently.

I am encountering anxiety (attack) due to my history.
PTSD due to abuse
Poor Family Support
Job burnout
Low self esteem

Life has been stressful and i feel helpless. I have seen psychologists in the past and now Counsellor, but my counsellor is on leave so i don't have anyone to help me until one month later. it is stressful.. i feel so sad that each day, i find it a struggle to survive

Wish that i could find a kind soul here to share my experiences with

Hello almondface. I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. The Skeezyks just recently joined NeuroTalk. I'm very active on NeuroTalk's sister website: PsychCentral. Posting here on NeuroTalk can be a great way to lift a bit of the burden you are carrying. So please continue posting! I don't typically spend as much time here as I do on PC. But you're certainly welcome to personal message me if you want to. (Warning: The Skeezyks is an elderly goat.) I wish you well...
