Hi, Railwaybi! I take a small amount of Xanax. But distraction can help. Find something that requires your full attention. Listen to calming music, take deep breaths, and yes, learn through cognitive-behavioral therapy how to have more positive thoughts (and behaviors.)

My best friend is on Xanor and Zoloft but it makes her groggy. How was your appointment?
What my best friend does to calm herself down is read or write articles. (WE work from home). Sometimes, it can help her. |
