Although we have this section at NeuroTalk for mental health discussions, you may find our other forums over at PsychCentral more helpful, infomative, and supportive, as mental health is the primary focus there. They also have chat sessions with psychologists and a lot more.

Here's the link to the PC forums. You will need to re-register there, but you can use the same info as here.
