OP: I read some of the posts here and I have a hard time reading them...how so many put pressures on others for support etc...... I had what was called a panic attack I think in 2005, and my daughter was going thru some TOUGH STUFF in her life and I believe it affected me. I got to work on myself and have not had another one.

There are so many aids today from so much Talk Therapies and Meds and OTC supplements to keep the body in a Calm place. and

MEDITATION does wonders....sad so so few work at this one.
