Default Anxiety and How to Deal With It

Hi guys! I suffer from health related anxiety day to day and would like some ideas on how to beat it. I have always been the anxious type but I always have had control over it until last July, when my back was hit with a door and 2 days later I started to see double vision. Ever since then my anxiety and OCD has been out of control, specifically pertaining to concussions. I really need help (my mental health system is slow, but I have an appointment next week), and I was figuring that I could find helpful strategies and advice here. Nearly every day I have been suffering a panic attack. Today, an example would be moving my jaw from side to side very fast. I felt kinda off and I looked into the mirror and did it over and over again until I had to tell myself to stop. I am still experiencing fight or flight emotions right now. What are some strategies to stop intrusive/obsessive thoughts? Thank you for your time- railwayboi
