Default Wii is good

I bought my son a Nintendo Wii system for Christmas. I have hardly ever touched a video game as I guess i'm from another , older generation, and either wasn't very good at at , or just disinterested.
I absolutely enjoy this thing . Not just because it is fun to play, but it has been providing me with REAL excercise. After bowling ten games , I am wiped out, and all I then have to do is sit on the couch, not find my way to my car or wait in any other way.
This is what these new videao games are good for. Excercise for the housebound. I figure if I can do 20 minutes of Wii, that's as good as 20 minutes of boring , difficult excercise. It gets my heart going and i'm sore in the morning, so I know it's "REAL" excercise. cs
